Camille Roos is a multimedia artist and educator working across painting and installation to examine relationships among body, psyche, and the animate world. Drawing from ecological practice, somatic inquiry, and ritual traditions, her work moves between sensory perception and social engagement.

Through painted surfaces, salvaged objects, and encounters with place, Roos attends to what is present—approaching matter and experience as prima materia. Her work considers how dignity persists within vulnerability and how the sacred might be encountered through embodied instinct.

Roos is a Resident Faculty Visual Artist at CATA (Community Access to the Arts), where she teaches artists with disabilities across the Berkshires, Massachusetts, and in Columbia County, New York.
